Need a laundry detergent that is as safe as it is effective? Try Vaska!

Laundry is a part of everyone’s chore “to do” list. For me, I get great satisfaction out of getting my clothes clean, dried and folded to be placed back in everyone’s drawers. It is a task that the children love to help me with and one that manages to bring us together as a family.
Conventional laundry detergents are full of potentially harmful chemicals, many are not available in concentrated forms, or are not suited for HE machines.
Vaska is a green laundry detergent that is not only effective but is safe for you, your family and our environment. I first learned of Vaska at Green Festival in NYC and tried the many samples I was given.
I loved the lavender scented one, so clean, light and refreshing. The scent is derived from real lavender so I don’t have to worry about toxic parfum, phthalates or chemicals. I was impressed with the small amount I had to use, and later learned that Vaska’s detergents are 4 X concentrated. More laundry = less waste makes this mama happy! Vaska offers a host of laundry products including:

detergent both scent-free and lavender
oxygen brightner
spot remover
fabric softener

Vaska’s products do NOT contain:

dyes
perfumes
NPEs (nonylphenol ethoxylates)
optical brighteners
chlorine
enzymes
phosphates
alcohol
animal products

and they are hypoallergenic and never tested on animals and packaged in recyclable containers (check the bottom chasing arrows to ensure you can recycle it in your area)

I love that Vaska’s products don’t pose a threat to my children or the environment. I can feel confident letting my children play, wash and sleep in items washed in Vaska’s detergents.
Vaska’s products are safe for HE and standard washers, are easily biodegradable and are both gray water and septic take safe. Vaska is safe to use on cloth diapers and wipes and it is so effective, the diapers came out clean after only one washing. (We only use cloth for nightime use and are washing them much less frequently, Vaska was up to the challenge and got them smell free in one wash and rinse cycle.) The wedge bottle is not only easy to hold, and cleans 28 loads of laundry, it fits anywhere. Vaska is affordable, economical, eco friendly and cleans your clothes as well OR better than any detergent out there.
