Ever have one of those days as a parent? Whether you’re a parent just starting out, way into the toddlers years or have sent your kids off to college, we all know what it’s like to have a “MOM” ent.
Every mom, and dad, can attest to experiencing funny, jaw-dropping and “I can’t believe my child just did that” moments throughout their parenting journey. To celebrate these moments, Zarbee’s is giving away a $10,000 dream vacation on Facebook for the best mom moments, or “MOM”ents.

What is a MOMent?
Mom-ent: a laugh out loud, unbelievable and head-shaking story that moms collect as their kids grow up.
Here’s How It Works:
- Watch the video to see examples of Hilarious MOMents, and then sign in using your Facebook profile.
- Earn points and badges for sharing your MOMents and spreading the word to friends.
- Return daily! Collecting at least 1,000 points qualifies you for one of three amazing prizes: a dream family vacation, a staycation, or a day off from house cleaning.
- Keep in mind that your MOMent must be posted to the “Enter To Win” form to qualify, not our Facebook Timeline.
- Visit your dashboard to view points and badges.

Have a blast!

I have a two year olf girl I daycare for and I had her potty trained when she first turned two. Shortly thereafter I started watching my baby granddaughter (as well as my grandsons whom are 3 & 5) and the two year old suddenly forgot how to use the potty. I think it’s because she no longer was the “baby” in my home (I’ve had her most of her life). I tried pleading, yelling, time-outs, bribing, etc. I finally came to the conclusion this past Friday that I can’t dictate her potty habits, only she can. My advice … don’t get frustrated. It all comes in due time.
It takes a village to get three kids out of the house. When people offer help, accept it!
It takes a village to help a mama feel supported!
My advice: Don’t give up
My biggest piece of advice is to get your kids on a schedule as soon as possible, it brings in stability and also once on a good schedule, there is time for you after the kids are in bed. My kids always were in bed by 8pm until they were Seniors in high school, then it changed to 10pm. It was nice and quiet once they were in bed and I could sit down and watch tv in peace….it was really nice.
Make sure you have some one on one time with each child.

My advice is to pick your battles.
don’t yell at your kids
Take advantage of the offers to help while they’re available! Mom needs her rest also!

My advice – pick & choose your battles. grammypenny@frontier.com
Let them be little!
I would say that sometimes there has to be scrapes and bumps in order to learn that the world is not always safe.
Its okay to make mistakes
Don’t mind a little mess! =)
My advice is to only take advice from someone you trust
one on one time is a plus as much as you can
To calm down teenage girls lol

don’t sweat the small stuff, choose your battles
Let the grandparents be involved as much as you can stand! LOL I am a Nana and I help out and visit alot-invited. It is great and my daughter likes it and the little ones always miss me and hubby when we are not there.
It takes a village to LET THEM SHINE
Pay attention to the way they see the world. It’s so easy to rush everything. Watch them explore the world.

It takes a village to raise children, if help is offered take it. And give help in return. Every parent need help, we may not always say it but we do. If we help each other it makes it a little easier.
